Accu-Tech welcomes all recommendations that could help improve our MIS software.   If you feel a modification is necessary and needs to be developed, we will be happy to review your request. As a customer, there are three options available:

General recommendation applicable to most of our customers.   If you are not in immediate need of a modification, we suggest you submit the recommendation to Accu-Tech and it will be voted on and prioritized by our Advisory Council.  If the Advisory Council approves the change, the modification will be performed at no charge, although the completion date of the modification will be based upon the priority set by the Advisory Council.
Specific modification needed in the near future. A customer should submit a request to the Accu-Tech development group and our systems analysts will design the modification and determine the amount of time required to perform the modification.    We will calculate the costs involved and provide you with a fixed cost estimate.
Recommendation applicable to some MIS customers. If your recommendation is applicable to some MIS customers, we suggest you submit a Co-Op Enhancement request.    Accu-Tech maintains a list of customers who are willing to share the costs of Co-Op enhancements.
